The colophon is the place where you write about the tech­ni­cal aspects of your cre­ation. If it were a book, you’d talk about the type­face in which it was set, the print­ing process, the bind­ing, the cover, etc.

For a blog, well, the expec­ta­tions may be much the same, but the details can be very dif­fer­ent. Take the type­face, for exam­ple. On a web page, the best a designer can do is sug­gest to the user what type­face (font) should be used to dis­play the text on the page. What actu­ally is pre­sented is mostly uncontrollable.

Theme

Cus­tom theme? Tried it. Word­Press stan­dard theme? Was fine. Now I am using Plat­form (the free ver­sion) and find it pretty cool. Mind you, I am going for cus­tomiza­tion capa­bil­ity with min­i­mal effort. I think I have suc­ceeded in this.
