I may be the only one, but I want the iPhone type-ahead in my desk­top apps, too. As a typo-correction ser­vice. Wihch I need.

    Type-ahead annoys me. Is it ever cor­rect? Per­haps I need to train it, or something?

    Isn’t it amaz­ing? With type ahead some­times I have no idea what I am typ­ing. Haven’t you looked back at the text with type ahead and find words you didn’t intend to use? Some­times with hilar­i­ous results? It sure is handy when you have a dif­fi­cult time with the user inter­face. And when you are a poor typ­ist such as moi.
