I may be the only one, but I want the iPhone type-ahead in my desktop apps, too. As a typo-correction service. Wihch I need.

    Type-ahead annoys me. Is it ever correct? Perhaps I need to train it, or something?

    Isn't it amazing? With type ahead sometimes I have no idea what I am typing. Haven't you looked back at the text with type ahead and find words you didn't intend to use? Sometimes with hilarious results? It sure is handy when you have a difficult time with the user interface. And when you are a poor typist such as moi.
