However, Prius today is used as a noun, so. . . . . . . A quick Google search reveals <a href="http://www.boston.com/news/globe/ideas/brainiac/2007/03/the_plurals_of.html" rel="nofollow">this mildly humorous gem</a>. Incidentally, it amuses me to learn that Danny has a Prius since we too have a Prius, having gleefully embraced the little marvel after seven miserable years behind the wheel of New Beetle. That wretched VW vermin was literally in the shop 40 times, yet never officially qualified as a lemon. Our Prius, now going on four years, has <i>never</i> been in the shop. That we happened to go hybrid just in time for oil to skyrocket was pure simple luck.
