I usually dip salad in the dressing, rather than tossing it, for fear of crappiness I can't undo. This was validated by today's tzatziki.

    My mother and I were just discussing tzatziki this morning on the way to the auto shop (I kid you not). It happens every cuke season. Gosh, I sure would love me some tasty tzatziki right this minute. I bet Aidan would love to help make some!

    I had the tzatziki again with leftovers, and still found it good but easily overpowering. I think it was too sweet. The wife called it "cucumber sauce."
