All credit to Mizzou for blitzing on that play, instead of sending the expected ten d-backs covering the long pass. The safety was the best result they could have hoped for.</p> <p>The local paper is all hotted up about the game being in KC instead of Lawrence, wondering if the game might have turned out differently were it really a home game (as it was scheduled to be), and calling the administration a bunch of money-grubbing KC-kiss ups. I was rooting for Kansas, but Mizzou is a pretty good story this year too. It's nice to see some different teams doing well.
