Of your choices, I think snideaside and mingofaust are the best. parentheticalremark is pretty good as well, but if you get that one, I would definitely avoid subdomains. Personally, I like second-level domains of five or fewer syllables, but I think parentheticalremark is memorable enough to escape that rule. snideaside is a little cutesy; would you tire of it in the long term? It looks like snidecomment is available too, which is more straightforward. Just to add to the mix: archedeyebrows is free too. So is cockeyedpessimist. also cockeyedoptimist, which is a nice domain name for personal stuff, though less "clever". Also the hyphenated variations of the last two. If you wanted to really mess with your hosting company, you could register glob.at, which appears to be available at the moment. the .at TLD is really expensive though (79.95 at godaddy.com).
